I use Honeybook as my all-in-one client management software to send invoices and contracts, manage emails, schedule meetings, and more. It’s like having my own virtual project manager and makes the whole process seamless for both myself and my clients!

I use Asana to keep track of my tasks and ever-growing to-do list. I’m a visual person, so I LOVE that it has multiple ways to view your tasks and project lists. I even keep track of my personal chores and errands in here.
You can use their free version for the basic project/task features, or upgrade to premium or business for even more features like timelines, goal tracking, and more!
Quickbooks helps me keep track of the scary parts of running a business – finances (ugh). However, it makes accounting and taxes a lot less confusing and more manageable. Quickbooks also integrates with Honeybook which makes keeping track of invoices and staying organized super easy for me!

Planoly is my go-to app when it comes to planning and scheduling out my instagram content. You can drag and drop posts and play around with your tiles to ensure your feed looks cohesive, save hashtags so you can easily copy and paste, analyze your follower date and more. By letting my schedule out posts to automatically publish, it’s allowed me to completely automate my instagram game!
Another great tool when it comes to automation in your business. I’ve been using Pinterest more and more to market my business and attract clients, and with Tailwind, all it takes is 30 minutes out of my week to schedule out a month’s worth pins!
